I was skeptical at first because I have done so many metal sculptures in the past and the cost of this model was a lot more than those 2 sheet kits.
When I received my order I was blown away just by the packaging and tools that came with it. Nicely done with the individual pockets for each metal sheet and foam cut outs for the the thicker gears.
The sheets of metal were also a nice surprise. They are thicker than your regular metal sculptures and ease your mind of bending to far or to many times and breaking off. Never had a problem when I made two mistakes bending pieces back.
The instructions were done pretty well. Would have liked to seen a little more detail on correct part position for a few steps, but like any assembly always read the instructions first at least twice before starting anything. It helps avoid mistakes and eliminates confusion during the assembly process.
This particular model was a lot of fun to build and it took me about 8 hours working slow. The tracks were tedious and the most difficult part to assemble.
Overall I think the cost of the model was worth it and look forward to ordering a different model in the future.
I hope thier line expands to a lot more options in the future.
